HOA Mgmt companies most often don't get the credit they deserve. Our neighborhood has gone through a couple of companies and through my dealings with Omni, specifically Jeri Mains, I find her easy to work with. I personally don't think she's unreasonable to deal with. She actually cares about our community.

Keeping homeowners happy while also addressing property value concerns with homeowners is certainly challenging.
Maybe a better name could have been "Property Value Support Group"!
One suggestion, a voluntary fund all homeowners can contribute to, to help fellow neighbors in a time of need.
Members can submit a request for assistance, and based on what will help maintain property values, funds allocated.
Or, if a homeowner has financial challenges, offer a one-time lifetime waiver of annual fees.
More neighborhood activities and online HOA meetings so more people can attend.
