I recently completed a master bathroom renovation with Olympia Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After interviewing several contractors, I chose Olympia Construction because of the owner, Ryan. His straightforward answers, depth of knowledge, and transparent approach set him apart. My bathroom renovation was particularly complex, as it sits on a raised foundation. I requested that the entire existing subfloor be removed, including the plywood floor, floor joists, bottom plates, and studs, to create a solid foundation for the new design. During demolition, Ryan’s team discovered wet and dry rot, as well as prior termite damage. They did an outstanding job meticulously removing all the damaged wood and rebuilding a structurally sound base. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout this critical stage.

One of the standout elements of the renovation was the tile work. The precision and craftsmanship demonstrated by Ryan’s crew were nothing short of exceptional. The design was executed flawlessly, and the finished product exceeded my expectations.

In addition to their technical skills, the team was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. Ryan’s ability to manage the project efficiently while keeping everything on schedule and within budget was truly impressive. He delivered a stunning master bathroom that I’m proud to showcase.

Ryan and his team are simply amazing. I had a very difficult project I needed completed quickly. My mother-in-laws house was a mess (a hoarder). I needed to rehab two bathrooms, make them both handicap accessible, new floors in the kitchen and a new laundry room. Ryans team, in particular Roberto, truly delivered.
It seemed every task we touched require even more work (house built in 55) but it was no issue for Ryan and the team.
