Working with Olde Florida Contracting was the smoothest experience dealing with a contractor on a project I’ve ever had.
My residential property was flooded from a storm surge during Hurricane Ian. After reaching out to several contractors who couldn’t provide any detailed estimates for the rebuild, we found Olde Florida Contracting. Jake Carter came out and we discussed what needed done, including a number of upgrades we wanted to make. Subsequently, I was presented with a very detailed estimate for the project, which I found to be very budget-friendly.
Olde Florida’s subcontractors did excellent work and were scheduled efficiently by Jake to minimize downtime. As a result, the project was completed in an expeditious period of time. The entire team at Olde Florida Contracting were exceptional to deal with, the quality of the construction was excellent, and the project pricing was reasonable and accurate.
Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Olde Florida Contracting to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional general contractor.

Amanda Lombardi. Olde Florida Contracting remodeled our kitchen. Kitchen was gutted, walls were removed/moved, plumbing and electrical were moved, lighting and flooring installed. I love our kitchen and it works well for our busy family. We receive compliments often on how beautiful all turned out. Recently we had repairs completed from a water event and all looks better than ever. I would recommend them to anyone needing a home built or remodel. Hands down the best contractor in the area! The office staff made me feel like family. Everyone is very professional. If I can give him 10 stars I would. We remodeled an entire 3 bedroom condo on Sanibel. We remodeled 2 1/2 baths including building new walls and installing new showers, new vanities, new sinks, and new floors. We gutted and reconfigured our entire kitchen. We raised and lowered ceilings including new ductwork. We gutted the entire condo. So let me start out by admitting that I am a perfectionist. All I can say is that Jacob from Olde Florida Contracting did an excellent job. The workmanship of his contractors was exceptional. He met an unreasonable deadline and did it with a smile. He never went over budget unless it was a change at our request. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone I know.
