After many months of searching, I finally found my dream home which was a little older and needed work. I called several contractors in the valley and although I received several reasonable quotes, no one left an impression like Neev. He was honest, up front, and always returned my calls as I made adjustments to the work I needed done.

I ended up agreeing to remodel the bathroom and kichen and Oasis Builders truly shined when the work began. The crew was professional and clean. They waited outside until my fiance left for work before entering the house and always cleaned up after themselves.

Neev, in the meantime, stayed responsive to my calls and followed up every day. He visited and asked for pictures to ensure the work was going as planned and stepped in the second I had concerns or if he saw anything that needed correction.

Oasis Builders were excellent to work with. This was my first time doing a renovation: refinish the floors, give a facelift to the kitchen, and completely redo the bathroom. Neev was very reassuring from the get go and was able to work through the process with me. Renovations can be stressful, and I was fearful to enter into the process having heard horror stories. The place looks so nice and fresh, and they were able to complete the work along the original timeline estimated.

Also, hats off to Mai for not just working with me on the design specifics, but she was spot-on with tracking the financial aspect of things. That was very reassuring!

After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Neev Kugel because of his demeanor, genuinity, and out of the box design ideas. I'm a frequent client, have been using Oasis Builders for 3 projects. The most impressive quality of Oasis is their timing. They're promptly on time or only late a couple weeks for total renovations, which is very rare in working with contractors. Next, their quality is super. Pricing wise, it depends on projects. I negotiate to pay what I thought it was fair. Neev gave me $1 discount before!
We love Ron a lot more as he gave more discount! Logic is discount = love. The pair, Ron & Neev, handles different aspects of Oasis and they work well together. Thank you for all the work!

I can't recommend Neev and his team enough. Everything you are looking for in a contractor -- realistic timelines, transparency of pricing, good communication -- Neev and his team go over the top. If something goes wrong (which it inevitably will), they'll fix it ASAP. I've been through several remodels, and Neev is the only person truly reliable in the space. I'm getting paid nothing for this, feel free to contact me directly, I just really appreciate his work after a few bad experiences. His wife is also a rockstar interior designer and the nicest woman ever. My primary residence is a 3500 sq. ft home in Marina del Rey, I gutted the whole place before moving in, and I trusted Oasis with everything. If you are looking for a high end remodel, but at a more affordable price with someone that doesn't try and take advantage of you, Oasis is the move.

I had such a great experience working with Neev and Mai on remodeling 3 bathrooms at my townhouse. They are truly wonderful to work with, very communicative, and open to suggestions, while also pushing their opinions when they feel strongly (and were always right when they did). They also generally stuck to the initial timeline they gave me which is a true rarity in this industry. Neev really inspired confidence the whole way and was always easy to get in touch with when need be, even when he was traveling out of the country. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience!
