We heard back promptly and scheduled an appointment to talk about what we can do to update our home. Because we live in a high fire zone, we hired Oakmont Builders to replace the wood board and batten exterior with Hardie fiber cement architectural panels and shiplap. Bill and the entire Oakmont Builders team went above and beyond in their work. Our neighbors have commented on the amazing transformation of our home, and even strangers have come to our front door to ask about the exterior of our home and if we could provide them with the contact info for our contractor! Oakmont Builders has high standards, and you will not be disappointed.

In addition to their excellent craftsmanship, they are customer service oriented. For instance, Bill showed us areas where we could save money, even though it meant less work for their company. Although it was not part of our contract, Bill and his team provided concierge-level assistance and referrals to various vendors to assist us with other aspects of the home. Bill even met up at the window store to help guide us in purchasing new windows and other items we wanted for the home. He helped us find someone to stain and hang our new front door! He did all of this even though he was not obtaining any additional money or referral fees.

Recently, when under mandatory evacuation orders, we had peace of mind knowing that we hired Oakmont Builders to renovate the exterior. Trust me, you want a fiber-cement exterior when a fire is in your area!

Grateful to Bill Kennally and the awesome crew from Oakmont Builders for all their hard work and dedication in beautifying our space. We originally hired Bill and Oakmont Builders to install new siding, new windows and new gutters on the exterior of our home. They are the consummate professionals, provided excellent communication and customer service, and high quality craftsmanship delivered on time and on budget. We were so incredibly impressed by the outstanding work on our siding project in summer 2023, we hired Oakmont again in the fall of 2024 to complete our driveway project which included demo of our old asphalt drive, installation of a new concrete driveway, new underground drainage system and upgrade our gutters to tie into the new drainage system, installation of new landscaping, pavers and English pea gravel. The project totally transformed the look of our home and all of our neighbors were complimenting us on the beautiful outdoor renovation. I cannot recommend Bill and Oakmont Builders highly enough. Many companies say that they can install siding and I met with a few. Once I met Bill I knew I was going to hire him. He instilled confidence with his knowledge and professionalism.
