I was recommended to Oak Quality Builders through someone I work with who had great things to say about Jaime and his team. When I reached out to Jaime to set up our initial walkthrough/quote, he was really responsive. When we met in person, he seemed genuine, honest and professional. Once we scheduled the work, Jaime and David were on time and did really amazing work. When they hit a curveball with our 100 year old house or if we asked to add on a small additional project, they were flexible and followed through. Jaime was open to my feedback - when I wanted to adjust moulding they installed, it was a nonissue and Jaime was happy to accommodate. Just really nice, kind people who do high quality work. Can’t wait to use them again for our next home improvement project.

Jaime and his team are wonderful. When I bought a new house last year, they managed everything from fixing my sewer lines, replacing pipes, refinishing and replacing floors, reinforcing the foundation, finding and fixing major leaks, updating electrical, to making the house look gorgeous with fresh paint, installing new doors and windows, refinishing wood cabinets, etc. And that probably only covers 70% of what they did.

Not only was Jaime technically great, he also has refined taste that I really appreciate. I knew he understood that the aesthetic was important to me.

I recommend him whole-heartedly. I feel grateful that he was recommended to me because he was a pleasure to work with. He was a terrific communicator and a really creative problem-solver. I truly came to think of him as a friend.

Jaime is an amazing contractor. His prices are fair, he communicates extremely well, and does great work. I would highly recommend him. I do not live close to the property he helped remodel and he was very considerate and trustworthy handling lots of details to make sure everything was done correctly.
