I had a flood in my house and they did a great job for me. It was very expensive and I didn’t pay a penny. OR helped me get insurance paid for all the repairs.
They are the people you need when you’re having problems with your home!!!

UPDATE:

So, the initial review still stands. The owner made an apology and appealed that if he made things right, I would remove or update the review. Well, here we are on not quite a year later and the corrections the company made to, “make it right” have failed. Avoid these people like anthrax. The counter top has scratch marks in it and the sink is leaking and they plumbed the sink incorrectly, so that sewer gas was able to come up through the kitchen sink because , they put the trap in the wrong location. I’m a tenant and notified the landlord and surprisingly they came out once again to, “make things right”. They were here for an hour or so, re-plumbed the kitchen sink and sealed the sink once again. That was on 12/13/24. It’s now 1/27/25 and the sealer is pulling away from the sink. I’m not a contractor but, I’m pretty sure I could Google how to do what is needed to correctly do the job. They might be cheaper than their competitors but, you’ll end up paying for their poor craftsmanship in one way or another.

These guys suck. Horrible experience, they should have their license challenged. Cabinets with missing gaps that your dishes can fall out of. That was an interesting experience. Slid dishes in the cabinet and watched as they fell out the bottom. The countertop was cut incorrectly, so that no sink outside of an industrial sized sink would fit. So, that had to be redone. They broke tiles in the floor and then tried to charge me for it. They took forever and apparently share no communication between their workers and management. So, you are constantly repeating yourself to them. You send them pictures and they show up asking what’s wrong. What apparently was wrong was the choice to select you as the contractor. Stay away!

This was a company that had been assigned to us when we had water damage in our home. I’m sure anyone who has gone through it or going through it can relate with the head aches of what will happen and what the insurance company will cover. Well having them a part of our situation was the best thing that happened. They were along for the ups and downs of dealing with minimal insurance communication and illustrating to us what they will be doing on a regular basis to our house. I know that all construction companies have their pros and cons but I can assure anyone that the most important aspect of working with OR is communication. During the rebuilding process I was given the opportunity to make some minor upgrades to my home (at my cost) but they worked with me and assisted in how to better use my space. Overall my project was 4months long but they did a great job with walls, trimming and I was able to have them do the whole kitchen. (Again half paid by the range and the other out of my pocket) but they worked with pricing and timeline. Very satisfied with their work and commitment to finishing the job.

OK so O R construction company is a
4-star company had a leak in the shower which ruin the floor in the master bedroom the shower was an ADA bathroom they did a whole tear out and remodel. the service was good and the workers are nice they did what I asked without any issues. Just waiting for the glass to be installed and it will be done 100%

OR Construction Inc. in my opinion is the most profesional team , they truly care about the costumers and made a stressful situation into a much easy process for our family ,working with us as a team through the whole process from start to finish answering all our questions any time of the day as busy as they are, we love our new kitchen and floors highly recommend to anyone , will definitely contact them in any new plans to come !
