We recently had a custom Home built by Northstar Custom Homes. We are extremely happy with the whole process and I decided to write this particular review, as I thought, would be helpful to other prospective buyers.
During my lifetime I was able to built and/or remodeled five different homes, so I became familiar with understanding the quality of the building process as well as the builder. Based on my experience, Northstar Custom Homes under the leadership of Mr. Jerrod Reichardt is among the best, if not the best company to work with. Jerrod is a very experienced and highly recognized builder in Colorado. He cares a lot about his company and its reputation as his parents built it and his sons both work with him, keeping the quality way above their competitors. Despite of his high status in the building industry, Jerrod is a very humble and hard-working man. He cares a lot about his customers’wishes and follows every single detail personally. This certainly was the case in our home. He not only was always reachable , but also was very accommodating to the changes we have requested. He meticulously searched to find best suitable and cost-effective options for us.
This company specializes in customizing modular built homes. Modular home building is a new concept that is promoted by progressive individuals like Elon Musk, who resides in a modular home. It is different than pre-fabric homes which are not customized. Modular Construction allows a significant proportion of the house to be built in covered space where all specialized contractors are always on the site. This process makes it very cost efficient and allows sustainable and environmentally friendly materials to be used. That being said, the customization process, as well as the successful reconstruction of these modular pieces at a chosen location, requires significant experience. Based on their 40 years in this industry with a proven record of success, Northstar Custom Homes is probably the best of such companies in Colorado.
In their Loveland office, Mr. Jerry Sullivan, a very experienced and kind sales person will show you different models with different materials. This is just a start, before the customization is done. He patiently works to make sure all the materials and the plans are carefully selected to the needs and the budget of prospective homeowners. At their construction site, Chad the foreman of the company, with his meticulous attitude and attention to details, makes sure that everything is done right. At the last step, David comes in and assures that their clients gets all of their wishes are done fast and efficiently in the checklist before receiving the keys to their home.
We are very happy with the way our custom home was built and how beautiful and tasteful it is now. We cannot think all of the members of this very dedicated and successful company enough. I wholeheartedly recommend Jerrod and his team, to anyone who wants to build the house their dreams, but hesitant about choosing the right company.I am sure that they will deliver it, beyond the expectations.
