I moved to a house they manage since October of 2024 and the house needs a lot of stuff to be repaired and I found mold in different places and I have been trying with my property manager and even the corporation office to get my needs done and the just ignore my calls and emails.. they are aware of everything in the house but they never got me a solution.. i highly don’t recommend this company I will also start using my legal rights against them and i won’t renew my lease..
I can’t include everything in my pictures because mostly technical issues but it’s enough to say they only care about collecting your money ..

Should be 0 stars. I won’t go into the problems that I have had prior to March 2025. I’ll leave that for another review. I received an email at the beginning of March stating that my property manager, Samantha miller, was leaving. That’s a good thing. She was horrible. Northpoint has no assigned me a new property manager, took their money for this month from my account t even though my tenant hasn’t paid this month rent. I leave messages and emails and no one responds.

I didn’t have good experience with property manager , Samantha Miller . Tough to get ahold of, when on vacation , no communication about backup. Today I found out I was automatically charged for tenants water bill , $370. After unsuccessful attempts to reach Samantha,calling the office, they said they will get ahold of backup property manager and also contacted the broker , left message. I got text from Samantha around 7pm letting me know she no longer with the company since february. there was no communication sent to me , no communication on who my new property manager is. This is frustrating experience

Samantha from Northpoint AM has been a great PM since taking over our account last year. She has been very responsive and most importantly, honest and transparent. She was able to recently handle a less than ideal tenant move-out situation for us. We are already set to relist soon, and we look forward to more good management work to come.

Absolutely terrible experience with Northpoint (Stephanie McCoy). Poor communication, delayed rent collection, and it took them 3 months to relist my property after tenants moved out. The home sat vacant until I switched to another agency, which rented it in 15 days at a better rate. Complete waste of time and money. Not recommended.

Shoutout to Samantha, our awesome property manager! She's been super hands-on with all the property —handling issues, getting repair estimates, and making sure everything's set for the new tenants. She also took charge of processing applications and was really proactive in finding the right tenants for us. Plus, she's been tackling an ongoing legal issue with the property and is truly going above and beyond in her role. We're lucky to have her as our PM!
