Northern Lights did an amazing job installing windows and siding at our mountain home. Both Jeff and Mac were great to work with. They went the extra mile to accommodate last minute issues that came up on our end. I would recommend using these guys! Not used to working with this level of contractors. Most contractors you have to keep an eye on, they don't clean up after themselves, and they are in a rush to leave.

From the beginning, Northern Lights was competitive on their bid and they were able to address all my questions about installing Hardie siding on our house. Their online portal kept us informed of any changes / questions we asked about. They dropped off a dumpster on Tuesday, and done by Thursday. Had a site manager everyday to address any concerns I had, and spent couple hours cleaning every day. On time everyday. All the crew was nice and professional.

Inspection was passed and now all the neighbors tell us how good our house looks.

Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Wish all contractors had these standards - on time, quality work, cleans up, quality materials, clear expectations delivered.

I had Northern Lights Exteriors replace both my siding and windows. I can't say that it has been a positive experience. I had windows that were measured incorrectly, damage to my 2 year old roof from pump jack scaffolding, sloppy siding work and now I have windows that leak. The window leaks are significant and have been going on for some time. There is drywall, trim and baseboard damage. I reported the issue to Northern Lights in April. We're now at the end of July and the windows are still leaking.

For all the time and money that went into this project, I expected Northern Lights to stand by their work and ensure that the high quality standards they claim were met. Sadly, the pooled water in my window sill tells a different story.

We had the full-monty done to our house: window, gutters, siding and roof. Communication was top notch throughout the whole process with our project Manager Jeff. The crew listened well to our concerns and was able to construct a makeshift scaffolding over our plants/flowers right next to the house - during siding/roof teardown, none of the plants/flowers got trampled/damaged. Quality and attention to detail is key with this team; they listened well to any minor issues we felt we found at the end, and they were able to attend to and correct them. Having everything handled by one company really made the whole process efficient, all the way to dealing with the insurance company too. They were successful bringing our 50 year old house up to code, and giving it such an awesome refresh, that it's now considered the best house in its immediate area. Thanks so much everyone; we'll be coming back when we need to finish replacing the rest of our windows.
