Got a new pump, work was done, bill came more then price was agreed on. Back and forth fighting finally got to a point where the bill was paid. Now a few weeks later tenant noticed water (wetness) on the ground. Called to have someone go out and fix this. First was told by Wendi we dont warranty work on jobs that weren't paid- Ummm i did pay (see pic)! then was called back by John a supervisor, who now has to say we dont warranty work for people we dont like! Whether you like me or not you did a job, that is not right and needs to be fixed. A real plumber has come and this pump has been leaking since put in, the threads were cross threaded and valve was broken, you can see in pictures of the calcification which shows how long there was a leak, along with the old cream puff Tupperware from my recycle bin that is holding up my pipes. Dont think all that water leaking for weeks and weeks didnt do any damage either Northern Arizona pump! The work was horrible, the customer service is even worse. This company will be paying for the needed repairs that are caused by their mistakes

We want to thank Northern Arizona Pump for their prompt and professional service. We have called them before for minor issues and Cody showed up sooner than we expected. They are always friendly and ready to help. Last weekend we had no water and Nate came out Monday morning and worked for hours to fix our well. Yeah.

My well pump went out recently so I called Northern Arizona well company and Cody and Johnatan were out there within a half hour,they proceeded to analyze the and effecientproblem and the next thing I knew within less then 2 hours they had it running again with a new pump.I also needed a pressure tank replaced so they ordered one and a week later they came back installed the new tank and were done so quick I couldnt believe it.
I would recommend this company and its personnel to anyone.

Our well quit working in late evening. I called Northern Arizona Pump at 7:10 am the next morning and Cody and Jonathon arrived by 8am to determine the problem. They felt our pump was malfunctioning and it needed to be pulled and replaced. APS was called to remove an overhead service line so their truck could raise its boom to pull the 400' of pipe from our well. APS arrived within 20 minutes and got right to work. As soon as he was finished, John and Jonathon got to work on removing and replacing the pump and controller unit. APS was called back to restore service and the pump was tested. It worked great. Cody, John, and Jonathon were all very professional and worked quickly and expertly to get the entire job finished by 2:30 pm the same day. They had the entire job completed in 7 1/2 hours from the time I made my phone call to the office to them pulling out of our driveway. Awesome job Northern Arizona Pump!!!

Returned from a trip to find we had no water. Called N. Arizona Pump at around 8 AM...they were here in less than 15 minutes. They really know their stuff and we were up and running again in less than an hour. Great folks, you can't do better than this company.

Woke up in the middle of the night and didn’t have water. Waited and called at 7:30 in the morning. Had someone here before 8 am and thankfully was just a bad pressure switch! Had water going within 30-40 mins. Very appreciative to the quick response and getting the work done quickly!
