I called the night before at 10:30 pm as this is who previously pumped the septic tank, Lee called me back at 7:40 am saying he was booked for the day in Chico and might possibly be able do pump tank in the afternoon. He called back at noon and said his day was not going very well but he could get here tomorrow mid day, I said that I had found someone to come today and thanked him for calling me back and keeping me informed. Great customer service and maybe next time it will work out. I was definitely impressed with his level of communication and would recommend !!!

Excellent experience. I happened to call at the right time, and he was able to come out in 45 minutes. Friendly. Helpful. Went above and beyond for a fair price.

I have no connection with this company. I'd never talked to them before. They don't know that I'm leaving this review. But next year it will be time to pump out the septic for the granny house in back. I will definitely be calling these guys.

I called North State Sanitation after they were referred by a friend. Called and phone just kept ringing. After I hung up, my phone rang and it was Karen, calling me back!! Very nice people. Matter of fact, straight up and no nonsense as well. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend North State Sanitation, as I have used them at least three times already on different properties. Lee was here when his wife Karen said he would be, which is always a plus. Lee was professional, friendly and efficient. I will certainly use them again.
