I had a great experience with this building company. I have never done anything like this before. I am not particularly "handy" but me and a friend were able to get it up. The frame pieces are ready to go. Very minimal drilling and cutting. Seriously, you only need a handful of pretty inexpensive tools to do this. I did rent a scissor lift and that made it way easier.

The most important thing was the owner, Jake. He was always a text or phonecall away when I was stumped or had questions. He always picked up or got back to me quickly. He also sourced a good roll up door for me for a good price. All this made the whole experience less scary to do myself. I can't emphasize this point enough. He answered questions, recommended tools, explained the process step by step. Awesome.

The building itself is unique. Not a cookie cutter red iron building. The frame members are bright galvanized steel. Super cool. Me and Jake designed it together and it was priced fairly. I would definitely recommend Narcal and I plan on buying from him again.

Best experience with ANY company I have ever had. The transparency in the costs, the start to finish accessibility. I cannot believe how much of an improvement working with Jake was on every other contractor experience I have had. He is humble, but after some digging found out just how renowned he is. He would be the type of guy that could teach on steel building to other people who already build them. I’m not even joking. Use him? Or don’t. The only question is…how much better your building would have looked if you did.
