We needed a kitchen replacement due to water damage that extended to the adjacent rooms. He guided us through the rebuild process, always available for questions and suggestions.
He organized the trades so that the project could move forward as fast as possible without delay. The work in our kitchen required bringing up to code electrical, weatherizing, plumbing, flooring, cabinet replacement, and painting. When I met Roy he immediately understood my vision and together we finalize the design according to my master plan and budget. The process went great, much quicker than I expected and the final layout came out perfect.

We decided to go and redo our kitchen, we met with Roy and got our vision understood very quickly. Once he got it and started working I felt really comfortable with him and decided to move along and add some more work as i saw the process going on. eventually we ended up replacing the whole floors fir our first floor to a new laminate floors, redo the entertainment area, fireplace laundry room and guest bathroom.

Noa Home Builders has just completed our master bathroom. We could not be happier. Our bathroom was a challenging job, due to its unusual shape (odd corners here and there) and its location (the walls had many supporting beams, electrical wires and pipes going to the floor above). Yet the crew worked around it, making sure everything was perfect. Along from ensuring that the job was well done, the crew was hard working, respectful and always cleaning and tidying up before leaving at the end of the day.
Roy has done a few jobs for us in the past, overseeing the remodeling of our kitchen and two bathrooms. When it was time for our master bathroom, we did not hesitate to contact him and once again he did an excellent job. He has always been accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommended Noa Home Builders. I know that if I need any new renovation, I could rely on them.

Roy was referred to us by a friend and he visited the property within one day of my contact, price quoting within 2 days in detail and coming with suggestions to manage costs, as well as other things to think about - never pushy or a hidden agenda to drive the cost up.
