I signed up for HVAC maintenance service. They postponed my service twice, finally agreeing to come out two months late. They gave me a three hour window and said I would be called on the morning of the appointment with an ETA. There was no call. I called them back at the number I was given and it said it was a scam and I should hang up. I looked up the website and found another number. I called and was informed they'd delayed the window again but hadn't bothered to tell me and couldn't give me an ETA tighter than three hours. Having postponed my service twice, you'd think I'd get better service. I would recommend finding someone else to do your work.

NexGen was awesome! The Field Supervisor Yasmin was extremely helpful with asking me questions and truly helping me place the unit. Jorge was fabulous even when raining pretty much the entire installation. They cleaned up perfectly and really were helpful. I can’t recommend NexGen enough!

Juan came and checked everything out and cleaned the AC inside and out. Very thorough and informative! He changed out our dual capacitor to keep our AC running efficiently.

I appreciated him being able to explain things in a way that made sense. He was able to diagnose and get our AC working in less than 2 hours. Danny is personable, honest and patient. He had no problem repeating himself when I got my husband on the phone. His attention to detail was great, and getting pictures of the work he did (before and after) also helped us understand the cause of the problem, what wasn’t working and how he fixed it. I can't explain how wonderful they were from beginning to end. I had been very ill and my ac was out in the beginning of July. Being in the desert, it was well over 100° (124° was the high that week). It was repaired the next day. I was staying in a hotel with my cats while this was going on and unfortunately ended up in the hospital. They were kind enough to check on the cat and make sure there was food and water. Unfortunately, I was there for several nights and they were kind enough to return them back to the house after a couple days so I didn't have to worry and pay for the room any longer than I already had.

This was the most considerate and caring company I've ender done business with. I highly recommend them!

Had an estimate done to replace my HVAC system. It was a complicated situation but the sales tech was very impressive. He was able to recognize the situation more completely and came up with a remedy. I was very impressed even with them being a couple of thousand dollars more than my other estimate.
