A home remodeling company that I can genuinely rely on! I've hired this team for several renovation projects, so much so that I now have their contacts on speed dial! My latest project involved a significant roof leak that led to mold and water damage on the ceiling and walls of my master bedroom, including some carpet issues. *This was a leak and mold issue that a previous restoration company overlooked. Clarence, Lucas, Kai and their team are simply extraordinary! I am not an average client because I am extremely sensitive to mold, and everything needed to be carried out strictly according to the set standards and guidelines. I was confident that I could trust this team to get the job done right. If you have Kai on your job for demolition and mold remediation - rest assured, you're in the BEST hands. They kept me informed daily, were meticulous about addressing my concerns, and made sure that my safety and health were their top priority. They correctly set up containment barriers, maintained negative air pressure with air venting out the window, used a dehumidifier - the whole nine yards. These are all crucial steps that many other restoration firms often overlook. I decided to employ Lucas and his crew to tackle a structural issue in one of my rooms, where the joists had warped to the extent that there was more than 3/4 inch unevenness across the floor, preventing any type of flooring installation. We have collaborated with this excellent team on numerous home improvement projects. Our home, originally built in 1966, has been thoroughly remodeled from top to bottom. We are currently working with them to expand and repave our 36-foot driveway. They have become our trusted team as they always deliver on their promises, stick to the timeline and quoted price, and ensure a thorough clean-up after each job. During a recent window installation, we encountered some issues with the installers not adhering to the proper procedures. Lucas, the team lead, noticed this and promptly provided us with the installation code to understand what could go wrong if the installation wasn't corrected. He warned us that improper installation could potentially lead to internal flooding during heavy rain. We then requested Lucas to oversee the window installation while he was attending to other parts of our home. Lucas is an individual of high integrity, and so is his team, including Kai and Clarence.
