I hired New Legacy Construction to build a 500 square foot house, and I’m thrilled with the outcome. Remarkably, Tim and Matt completed the entire project in just 16 days from ground to roof. The quality of their work is exceptional, showcasing top-notch craftsmanship. They were professional and punctual throughout, with excellent planning that resulted in minimal waste.

Some may feel my opinion is bias since Matt is my husband…but I absolutely LOVE the home that he and Tim built for us. I feel I have a unique perspective as I was present throughout the whole process of our build as well as multiple other remote builds. I’m the only one who truly knows how detailed and precise Matt and Tim’s work is as I hear them day in and day out collaborating on the best way to do literally everything. They labor over the most minute details, wanting to ensure that final products are structurally sound as well as user friendly and practical. Tim has a phenomenal ability to envision final products and he is careful to walk clients through every step of the process. Together, he and Matt make an incredible team and finish projects in a timely manner. They also bend over backwards to research the best prices in products in order to save clients money. Tim and Matt with New Legacy Construction are absolutely amazing. We chose New Legacy because of the quality of their work we’d seen locally and because of their reputation for experience with remote builds in Alaska. We asked them for a remote cabin kit buildout on an Island in PWS Alaska. The main parameter was that their work needed to be bulletproof from wind and rain and the elements. They more than delivered! The quality of their work was exceptional, and they also were able to complete the work in a very short amount of time that fit between weather windows to get the supply boat to the island to drop them off and back out to pick them up. They were ready on time, had no complaints with living off grid during the build, and were still smiling and having fun with the experience when we picked them up off the island. Watching them work was to watch excellence.

They were well-prepared for this remote project, flexible, efficient, and reliable. Tim and Matt really came through for us. Their integrity and workmanship are pretty hard to beat.

Called them looking to see if they were milling lumber any time soon. Thinking it was a shot in the dark. However, to our surprise, Tim immediately was for it!

We had the pleasure of working with Tim, Matt and the entire NLC crew this past spring/summer. They completed a full 1st floor remodel with floor plan change early and on budget! If you appreciate attention to detail, honesty and integrity you'll want to work with New Legacy. Here are a few of the details I appreciated the most. When Tim or Matt say they will be there, they are there. You can tell you are a priority to them. Both men engaged my kids in conversation, projects and allowed my kids to pester them with questions. And my kids were excited to see their truck pull into the driveway (personally I feel like that says a lot about Tim and Matt). Tim sang Disney songs with my daughter while trimming windows and Matt made up his own song for my son and sang it to him every time he saw him. I just can't say enough about these guys. I feel extremely blessed to have been able to snag a spot in their timeline. I wish them all the best in their futures. If you want a contractor who goes the extra mile, doesn't take a million smoke breaks and actually cares about your happiness you want New Legacy Construction. Tim and Matt Ozerkov are rare gems. I would recommend them to anyone!

Tim and Matt are super amazing to work with! They fit our small project in and did an amazing job! Looking forward to doing future projects with these guys! Clean, honest, and hard working, what more could you ask for? Keep in mind, this review is coming from a person who has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, I know what quality looks like, and these guys have it!
