Joseph and the NEO builders did a great job converting our detached garage into a studio ADU on the west side. From project design to permitting to construction and finishing, the team was responsive, reliable, and accommodating. Joseph and his team have been amazing during the process of building our ADU. They are all extremely friendly and professional. Joseph created the plans based on feedback from my mother (who will be living there) and I. He took care of the entire permitting process and kept us informed every step of the way. Once the permitting was complete he provided us a bid for the construction of the ADU, which was very fair with regards to the cost and with a fast estimated timeline. Throughout the construction process he and has team have exceeded our expectations. Joseph has stayed in close communication on all the projects being completed within the ADU and made sure he has our input on all the design elements. He is very honest about what is possible and doesn't promise anything he can't deliver. He has been staying in the budget originally outlined. We have even asked his team to complete a couple of extra projects for us because they have been so phenomenal. Even with all the rain this winter, his crew has continued working and we've been staying on schedule. The ADU is now nearly finished completion and we are more than happy with the results. I could not recommend Neo Builders more highly!
