Time for a review. I went to the competition, where I have an account, had to chase them down for 4 days and still didn't have an answer. I called Nelson, no run around. Spoke to Trevor, he had an answer for me in three minutes. Ordered the product. Finished and painless. I like painless.

I had a great experience building my home with Nelson Lumber. I started the project with Jaycie Sands, who designed my home. She was very easy to work with, took my ideas and quickly came back to me with designs that met my needs perfectly. Making product selections with the help of the staff was great. I also got lots of help and ideas from the staff at Floor to Ceiling. Overall I am very pleased with my home and get lots of compliments on how well everything looks. I highly recommend Nelson Lumber!

James Mellom was great to work with as were all the people at Nelson Lumber. James helped us organize our thoughts so we could end up with plans that our builder could follow . Also he referred us to Steve Longtine who did a great job in our remodeling project. We had never done a remodeling project and to be 350 miles away from the cottage required a great deal of faith in James and Steve and they didn’t ever disappoint us . I highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with James Mellom on the design of our cabin. From start to finish, James was highly professional and did a great job translating our wish list into a beautiful, functional cabin design. We really appreciated the ease in communication with James. He was responsive to feedback, organized, thorough and did a great job guiding us through our first homebuilding project.

Nelson lumber has an incredible staff of hardworking people who go the extra mile for your remodel and/or building needs. I cannot say enough for the personalized time and care that we received by their design and building team. I give an A+ to Jaymes who listens to the needs and then exceeds them with his design knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone there to get help with whatever project they are taking on.
