Do NOT contract with NCRC! NCRC does NOT pay their sub contractors for work performed. Their account is currently in collections as they state they do not need to pay for services they contracted us for because their client declared bankruptcy. The PO / Contract did not have a paid when paid terms. We executed the work as stipulated & now they are running away from their obligation. NCRC is not worth the headache!

I was called to a CVS in Branson MO, for water coming in under the overhead door. It was not raining when I arrived and could only see that someone had already placed a threshold under the roll up door and put ungodly amounts of caulk around it. I adjusted the roll up door and saw that the problem was with the slope of the concrete and the opening was facing West. I made 3 trips including a Sunday to see what we could do. It was an architectural error in my opinion. I sent the invoice for the initial call. I never received any communication so after 30 days I resent, the invoice and talked with NCRC. They told me they had received the invoice and I would be paid within a few days. I have now talked with 3 different people, each one stating that the previous person was no longer working there. The last one I spoke to yesterday said that the work order was canceled, they had never received my invoice prior to yesterday, and they would not be sending payment and that I should adjust my records accordingly. I use Quick Books so I have all of the times and dates that I sent the invoice and the times and dates that NCRC opened them. I also have the recorded conversations.

These guys are honest and straight forward. When it comes to documentation and fulfilling their end of the agreement, I couldn't be happier.
