NB Construction completed our condo remodel project on-time and on-budget. We're first-time homeowners with some professional experience in the construction industry. Be clear about your expectations and proactively check-in on progress. Noam was very responsive and met with us to review work when we requested. He takes pride in his projects and followed through to make everything right after an unexpected building issue. We're happy with our choice to work with NB Construction on our new home.

After purchasing our first home we immediately new that we needed to remodel the master bathroom and tackle a few other small updates around the house (canceling out skylights in on of the bedrooms and also replaced a door in the garage with a steel fire door). I had a number of consultations with contractors before starting the project but felt the most comfortable with Noam and NB Construction. During the initial consultation he listened carefully to what we wanted to do and provided input when he had ideas that might work better for us. I felt confident in their ability to get the job done, on budget exactly as we wanted.

The sub-contractors NB Construction uses and the foreman were awesome. They showed up one time, every day. They knowledgeable and made sure all our questions were answered with each step of the remodel, and they were so clean. Even when we decided to make changes NB Construction was ready to work with us, no issues or pushback, even if we were changing things they had already installed.

At the end of the project, the master bathroom looks amazing and is exactly as we had originally planned. We are already planning our next remodel project for our other two bathrooms and laundry room and will absolutely be working with NB Construction again. There is no other contractor in Los Angeles that I would rather work with.
