If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I had a small job but it was a big deal to me - I was also under a time crunch. Not a job most companies (any company?) would want to mess around with: a roof repair and some drywall work. From the first conversation I had with Tyler to the last, it felt like my job was their only job. They made my job a priority-- it's not like they were going to make a bunch of money off of me or the job, and I'm sure it was tedious. But Tyler kept in daily contact with me (or had Joe reach out o me if he was out of office) and they had my roof fixed and my drywall done within like a week! The guys who came over were not only professional, but personable, and Caleb even came over on a SATURDAY to make sure it was finished, and finished RIGHT. Top notch people to deal with. And the BEST part? They genuinely cared and it showed in the communication and the service. Thank you, Nasi!!

If ZERO stars was an option, I would choose that.

I called Wayne Nasi Construction today to inquire about an estimate needed for my insurance claim. The gentleman I spoke to cut me off and said (this is a direct quote) "We are not interested in your job" and hung up on me. I then called the HR department. No answer. I eventually got a call back, but I will elaborate on that later. I decided to call the initial number/extension to get an explanation for not being interested in the job. The dame guy answered proceeded to cut me off (another quote) "Yeah, Yeah a roof I know." I asked him for his name for future reference and he wouldn't give it to me. He told me especially if it has insurance involved they aren't interested, they are too busy and (another quote) "Screw Off."

Later I got a return call from the HR rep. She too told me they are too busy. I tried to explain to her busy or not that is no way to speak to a potential customer. She continued to try to make excuses for the previous guy being so rude. At least the HR rep was somewhat polite.

So, if you have an insurance claim or don't like being talked down to or someone being absolutely rude with you DO NOT call Wayne Nasi Construction they don't want your insurance money.

Being a full time guy with the Nasi crew. We try our best. Hopefully people understand that right now all construction companies have been backed up immensely. For the last 2 years I've been on a massive project/undertaking down in lac du flambeau, wi through Wayne. This project is massive. A fire hall, a school, 20 new builds, 24 remodels. And we only have a small number of skilled guys to do all of this with! Wayne is immensely amazing to his employees. And we try to convey that through our craft. If anyone has a bad taste due to callbacks or whatever. The project lists have been a ways out for everyone across the board. Awesome place to work, awesome boss, awesome crews, love it here!

We had 2 garage doors installed. The first day just one guy came. The guys were great. They cleaned up afterwards. They were even early. They did a great job!!!. The doors look amazing.
