I had a great experience last year! From the get-go, everything was easy and stress-free. Chance came out to give us a quote, and he was really thorough, answering all our questions and helping us pick out exactly what we needed. Then, when it was time to install, Alex and the crew showed up on time and worked quickly. The fence looks awesome, and they made sure everything was perfect before they left. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, professional service!

I hired Mad Dog Fence to install a fence to keep my dogs secure, including a shared wall with my neighbors. Despite meeting with them three separate times to show exactly where we wanted the fence, they failed to listen. As a result, my small dog has gotten out twice, completely defeating the purpose of getting a fence.

When I asked the owner to come fix the issues, he whined about having to come back to make things right. And guess what? He never showed up. I had to hire another fence company, and fixing their work will cost nearly as much as the original installation.

On top of that, the crew left early on a Friday and didn’t return for days to finish the job. When I asked about yard grading, I was told, “I don’t do that.” As professionals, they should have presented any potential issues that could arise before starting the project, so we could have planned accordingly. Instead, they left us in the dark.

The communication from this company is terrible, and their workmanship is even worse. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. I would never recommend Mad Dog Fence to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Why would you write that when we sent the payment with certified mail that was delivered on Saturday (two days prior to your response). I'm not trying to extort anyone. I would have appreciated getting the fence issues fixed when asked.

Alex was so easy to work with! He came out for a free quote and had the best quote of 4 companies. He helped with permit questions from our city, communicated supply shortage and updated dates, and answered all of our questions. The fence looks great, and it's so nice to not worry about our dog running off anymore. Highly recommend!

Alex Nowland is the owner of Mad Dog Fence. He came out promptly to offer me a quote for the chain link fence. The work was done within a month and it's very professional. Because of my rocky terrain, installing the posts was difficult but the crew kept with it and I'm finally able to keep my dog on my property. Thank you!
