Update: Just had Dan at ny house today for my Furnace. He was pleasant and thorough. My Furnace is being very unpredictable with its issue and Dan did everything he could to find the problem and resolve it. He was honest that basically his mind is boggled about why it's acting this way and checked everything over. He was honest and said he's not 100% sure that the problem is resolved but that he'd gladly come back if it persisted. Hoping it's fixed but if not, I will gladly call them back.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Myers Heating & Cooling in Lancaster, WI, for the purchase and installation of a propane boiler with an indirect water heater. They expertly tied it into our existing outdoor wood boiler, allowing us to choose which system to use for our in-floor heating. From start to finish, the entire process was outstanding.

Scheduling the estimate was a breeze, with prompt and clear communication from their office. The installation team was highly professional, demonstrating exceptional skill and attention to detail. They provided a thorough walkthrough of the new system, ensuring we were comfortable with its operation. The final billing was transparent and fair, with no unexpected charges.

One of the standout moments was when the team discovered a leaking pipe near our in-floor heat manifold. They promptly repaired it, saving us from what would have been a wet basement next winter. We are incredibly thankful for their keen eye and proactive approach.

You know the term "it's hard to find good people"? That was not the case with Myers. We have a cabin that we wanted to make four seasons so that we can stay longer or during winter to help out with the grandchildren. Chris came out, listened to our concerns, addressed our needs and we got an awesome Trane heat pump/ac unit that makes the cabin very comfortable, even in the brutal cold. He even helped arrange the electrical install (Reynold's, also, highly recommend). The install guys did a sleek, clean install, cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to use the unit. They filed the warranty for us too. We will definitely use them again for any hvac needs. UPDATE: before heat pump/ac unit July 2023 electric bill $435.42. July's 2024 bill $136.22!
