1. Water was leaked from roof into bedroom several months after moving in. Builder claimed it was due to debris on the roof. I requested pictures but never got any. This year, my technician confirmed that after a whole fall season there is no debris present in the affected area, raising concerns about the actual cause.
2. Tens and twenties of nails popped out on the roof. Photo attached.
3. Multiple Water ponds on the roof, even with only a little rain. Photo attached.
4. Water pond on the second floor deck due to leveling not correct. Video attached.
5. Water stuck in gutter due to leveling not correct. Photo attached.
6. Missing/broken safety anchor on the roof. Photo attached.
7. Fence broken after 1 year. Found that it was an old rotten fence, and my side was painted to look like new to hide issues. Builder refused to address it, claiming it was on the neighbor’s property line. Photo attached.
8. Half of the nails from patio skylight are missing, and the remaining half are not screwed properly. This is a clear example of the careless work. Photos attached.

Impressively poor quality. "Cheap builder grade" is their operating model. So many corners cut. Their homes aren't even built to withstand sub-freezing temps! Missing insulation, dangerous wiring, even exposed PEX water pipes that freeze!

We have lived in homes built by MainVue, etc. Murray Franklin homes are built with attention to detail! Every little thing like a place to put my dishwashing sponge, Murray Franklin home has it in a folding secret drawer on the front side of the sink. The powder rooms have cabinets and drawers in a home built by Murray Franklin. There is also a linen closet in the hallway in a Murray Franklin home. Murray Franklin builder left extra paint in our garage without causing grief for the buyers like us. Other builders like Main Vue- they tell you to scan your new home book and buy your own paint for touch ups.The garages in a Murray Franklin home is much spacious than other homes like MainVue- we can hardly park 2 cars-You will love a Murray Franklin home or you will appreciate Murray Franklin builders once you moved in to a different home built by other builders.

I have purchased a Murray Franklin home in Bellevue about four years ago. We have enjoyed this beautiful home so far. The superintendent Clint who I remain contact throughout the years has been more than helpful every time I have a small problem in my house that I don't know how to fix it, he comes to help me after one phone call or text. He has never asked anything in return. Lately we have a problem mounting the bracket on the wall for our new tv, he again came to my house very quickly and offered to help us. He is always friendly, very knowledgeable, knows what he is doing, and responds to my text/phone call very fast. He has never once ignored me even though we have purchased this home a while ago. Murray Franklin and their entire construction crew is the best. If I ever need a second home, I will definitely choose them without any doubt.

Horrible company to build for. They expect a grand piano at cookie cutter pricing. Then tell you to leave before you are given an opportunity to complete. It’s hard to get a punch list and told you can’t return at the same time. Contrctor beware bad pay!!! I seen them not pay three different companies there last fifty percent for labor.
