Shawn and his crew did an amazing job! From being the bearer of bad news that the roof was worse than we thought, helping us navigate homeowners insurance and doing the roof in the first bitter cold we had this year. He was patient with us when we tried to get the roof damage approved through insurance. Surprise, raccoon damage was not covered but he took care of us nonetheless. He wasn’t pushy and talked us through all the options so we could understand all the options. Who would have known all shingle are not the same? A complete tear down, beam replacement, chimney tear down and roof replacement done in a week in the extreme temperatures. These guys were real troopers, one even wore a Santa hat which was fun for the season. Clean up was great, we haven’t found a single nail or staple which I was worried about for our dogs and tires. Highly recommend Shawn and his team!

Shaun & his crew do excellent work on our roof. 04/04/2023, Shaun called to sincerely apologize for the past issues. He has made amends, and I greatly appreciate his efforts and his time. It's been a few years, but I had Murphy's do the roof on my home in Mequon. They are still the company I use to set my expectations for repair and building work. They stripped and replaced my roof in the middle of February, had to shovel the roof, they shoveled a path around the house, cleaned up all the nails, came back when the snow melted and checked again for nails. They weren't the cheapest estimate but the work was great and I'd rather pay the extra to have the work done right.

A fine grouping of well trained young men worked diligently, skillfully for 5 days, removing original materials, inspecting, applying new roofing, gutters & downspout, chimney flashing cap too.This was not a quick hurry up. but a skillful measure done with a sense of pride in workmanship. Inspection & meticulous cleanup of materials too. Definitely a Nice group of respectful, polite, hard working young men. A++
