They sent out two brainiac plumbers that told me my insulation was full of water from mouse urine because we have such a huge rat infestation. I had the pest control company out here the next day after Mr Rooter and they were laughing because they found a single tiny mouse under the house. So basically Mr Rooter charged me $180 to stick their head in the crawl space and not do anything. I still have a leak. The employees and this entire company are worthless.

UPDATE: The technician was sent back out and confronted us about this negative Google review. He still never found the leak

Sent plumber within 24 hours. They were able to snake the problem and unclog the plumbing. It was a $100 more than expected. Prices were quoted as starting at $159 per hour. It costs $266 . They scheduled to come pump the septic tank the following day, that want necessary. Problem was taken care of on 1st trip.

Called to get a water heater replaced on a Saturday morning, was told it would be Monday. 24/7 service 'only applies if you have water spraying out or bad leaks' they said. Not having hot water apparently doesn't apply. Website says same price if they have to come out at night or Saturday or Sunday. Maybe so, I don't know as I couldn't get them to come out.

EDIT: After I posted the above review. the owner called me. He finally got a crew out to change our water heater out Sunday after lunch.

Would give a higher rating but unfortunately when we have used them for our resturant the service isn't consistent. They guys sent out to unclog plumbing always give us a great expierence. The guys that get sent out to fix pipes do not give us the same. They leave a mess and do not always give us a permanent result even though they 100% guarantee when they fix pipes.

My kitchen sink drain clogged over the holiday. Mr. Rooter team members got to my house removed a old garbage disposal, clean out the drain line and had my kitchen drain back in prim service. They came with all the supplies, tools and plumbing service knowledge. They did a great job and clean up before leaving. Mr. Rooter is my first phone call for any of my plumbing service needs. Thanks
