My name is Jeff Bennett & I REALLY want to thank Judd & Baker for helping me out. Our unit pretty much gave up after 16 years on a Sunday. I called & Judd came out Monday, Baker got me set up to finance it very quickly over the phone, and when a unit shortage came up the next day, Baker got to work & found me a unit locally better than what we'd planned. They went above and beyond to satisfy me. We use them for our home, my in-laws' home & business, as well as where we worship. You can't make me use anybody else. They are very professional and even made me feel like part of their family the way I was taken care of. Thank you MPE Services!

Worst Air quality I’ve ever dealt with, if you’re thinking about using them don’t. They aren’t very reliable. Didn’t know what they were doing and it took 5 months to get it to work properly and it still doesn’t work

I bought a thermostat and called MPE to install it. It took him 45 minutes to install it and change a fuse. He charged me $247. I will never use them again!
