After searched online and called up a few inspection companies, I have decided to go with Multipoint Development on the house inspection for the affordable price.

Farbold was very responsive and when he knocks on the door and was greeted by my two dogs:
First, he was very courteous by took off his shoes as soon as he entered the house and to my surprise, my two dogs didn't show territorial nor signs of protective behavior toward him: that's a good sign and I know I can trust him.

We have conversed on the inspection and what my concerns were. He was very cordial and very attentive.

I have received the professionally done report shortly after the inspection on the same day and I must say (as a customer who is "particular"): I am HAPPY.

Google did a good job with money back guarantee on this inspector.
