Best move experience I’ve ever had. Setting up the timing was super easy. The guys showed up on time and moved fast but were very careful with all my belongings. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Flat worth the visit. It is a little hard to find but way worth it. My desk chair which I bought new for $100 didn't give me even a year. For less than half I got a REALLY NICE emergency replacement. They work in several price points. If I could have afforded it I would have upgraded but knowing where this place is they will see me in the future. There are a lot of used furniture places around but this one is a good one in my personal experience. Danny was very courteous and worked with me. Look, in the world of used furniture MSI office did stand out. They also offer new furniture. They have metal cabinets which are not outrageously priced.
It was very worth it to shop here. It IS very worth it to shop here.

It was supposed to be a simple one day move from Long Beach to Temecula. The seller caused the escrow to fall through. I asked MSI to hold all of our possessions in storage at the last minute. They held everything for us, and delivered our possessions when the sale closed on our new home four months later! Their pick up and delivery was careful and professional. Everything was in perfect shape, and their service was white glove! I can not recommend their company enough!! They are the very best!!!

I’m leaving this review because my nana won’t. Please get the paid insurance. Several of her bigger items were severely damaged. I am happy to say the men were very accountable for their actions & came to tell her right away about the damages.

I moved with them a few months back and paid their initial deposit. Then I paid the guys that helped me in cash with a very generous tip considering I was hauling stuff out of the truck right along with them. They never gave me a receipt, just an unfilled out bill with none of the hours or dates logged and no signatures. I thought that was weird but I was exhausted so I trusted them because this service came recommended to me.
Cut to a few months later and [redacted] in the office calls me while I'm at work asking where the rest of the payment is. I tell her what happened and she's like, "well we don't have a record of that." No Duh, because either her movers pocketed the cash or she lost it on purpose so she could pocket it. Now she's threatening to send collections after me and it's not worth fighting more about it, so I'm paying it. But I feel scammed. If you use this company, make sure you get a correct receipt and don't pay cash!

From the management to the moving crew, MSI knows what they're doing! Chevo and his crew took an extremely difficult task and not only made the impossible possible, but did so with extreme professionalism and kindness. The whole process went smoothly and they took extra cautionary steps to ensure all our stuff arrived safely and in its original condition. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Horrible experience with this company on a management level!!
Not with the actual movers : the strong, kind, hardworking men who did ALL THE heavy lifting, loading and moving of my home! The manual workers at MSI are AMAZING!! This company is LUCKY to have these guys be loyal to them.
My review is for the owner of this company: John, and his sales rep Bill who pulled the classic BAIT AND SWITCH of financial manipulation! Bill gave me a quote to move and store my house contents (I had a temporary move to and apartment , had to store 90% of my belongings with them). He quoted me a price, I turned down two other bids because he guaranteed he would stand by that bid. Then....guess what?
Yep...totally went back on his word, AFTER THE MOVE, when they held ALL MY BELONGINGS in their facility! The owner John had the nerve to tell me I lied about how much I had to move and store!! Bill based his price on seeing everything personally & physically IN MY HOME. How could I add more? This is what they accused me of, instead of admitting Bill made a mistake on his bid...and instead of standing by and honoring a contract...they did the opposite. Left me with no choice, and cost me thousands more $$$!!!
It’s their way of demanding more money from people...what they are most vulnerable with all their belongings in their storage facility!
They charged me more money per month than was in the original bid, and told me they WOULD NOT move my belongings back to my new home!!
I had to hire another company to move all my storage from MSI, AND MSI charged me another $300 fee to have their guys unload my boxes.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Crooked, unethical management!!
However...they employ wonderful hard-working men who do all the REAL work..the heavy lifting and moving.
