Everyone likes the idea of moving and starting fresh, but no one like the process of figuring out how to do it. Kate does just that and more. From our initial conversation until the movers put the last piece of furniture in place, I could not be more pleased with the services from Movement Relocation. With my cross country move, Kate scheduled and coordinated movers in both locations and oversaw the move-in process at my final location. First rate service included instructing movers on furniture placement based off of a quick sketch, as I was not able to be onsite for the move in. She coordinated getting my San Francisco 1 bedroom packed up, stored, and secured; all in 1 day. I have moved many times in my life. Living in San Francisco in my 20's, moving in with boyfriend, getting a larger house for kids, divorced and moving with two kids...life happens and moving is not a fun part of the growing process. Moving is physically and emotionally exhausting. However, I met Kate and she changed the experience for me, forever. From the first time we spoke, Kate was really attuned to what I needed help with on this particular move. She coordinated the WHOLE process from working with the physical movers, to donating items that I need to get rid of to working with a cleaning team to leave my old house in perfect condition. She was there for me and my boys helping put together our new house as well. I had no idea that there was someone there to assist on one of the most stressful experiences (outside of divorce, death and job loss). Kate also curates the experience to your needs. You need an organizer for you things in the new house, she handles it. She was amazing and truly personable and kind during an experience that I USED to completely dread. Don't just hire movers, hire a service that is Movemint. Moving sucks but it doesn't have to when there is Kate to a help.

When I first spoke to Kate she asked what my ideal moving situation would be.
