I don't do many online reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due for Mountain Properties & Landscapes.

Had some pretty gnarly ice dams on our roof a few years back that led to some inside leakage. Snow and ice dam removal has always been taken care of by our HOA and their snow removal guys have always been very expensive, often late and one time, damaged our roof and gutters.

Luckily this year, we saw Mountain Properties & Landscapes working on a nearby house, gave them a call and was able to setup an appointment for 8AM the next day.

Jay shows up promptly at 8AM and was just about the nicest person you can imagine and proceeds to spend the next 6 hours 35+ feet up on the roof clearing the ice dams. Very professional and really couldn't ask for more; at a fair price and much better than having to deal busted gutters and/or water leaking inside the house. We would highly recommend Jay and his crew.
