Absolutely horrible experience with Mountain High Disposal! We have a “NO SOLICITING” sign clearly displayed right above our doorbell, yet their employee completely ignored it and proceeded to knock on our door AND ring the doorbell multiple times, waking up our sleeping baby in the process. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I confronted him about it, he had the audacity to argue with me over the sign! The lack of respect for our privacy and the blatant disregard for our request was appalling. Not only was he rude, but he was also completely disrespectful and unprofessional!

Richard helped us and when I tell you I am IMPRESSED, believe me. Good customer service is so hard to find these days. My promotional offer had expired and I was being charged a lot more than previously. I called to work out a new contract and I asked him some hard questions. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He said he would call me back with the answer to my last question. I had already agreed to the new contract, so I had zero expectations to ever hear from him again. He NOT ONLY called me back, but he SAVED ME MONEY! I am so grateful for Richard and I will be sticking with Mountain High Disposal. Richard has earned my loyalty and my recommendation. I have also never had an issue with their trash service. They are very reliable, they gave me bigger bins than my last company and they even pick up my extra recycling on the side. THANK YOU!

This terrible rating is solely due to their drivers. We had Bunting disposal for over 10 years and never once had an issue. As soon as MHD bought them out, the issues came flooding in. The driver repeatedly missed our pick up for weeks and no one could tell us why. Eventually, someone in the office stated that the cans had to be on the street, or the alley, not 10 feet from where they always were placed. I figured out that this was due to them using trucks with an arm, instead of someone getting out of the truck. We then put them out in the actual street, only to come home to the cans 40 feet down the alley on the other side of our fence. The passive aggressive ahole driver drove our can down the alley because he didn't like that I placed the can in the street, where the office asked me to set it. He wanted it in the alley. I caught him doing it the next week and he dropped it when I yelled at him. Today, he dropped the can, not on the snow-swept part of the alley where I left it, but instead in the snowdrift in the street. I am done with them.

This morning I called Mountain High Disposal to see if I could change my start date as my old Disposal Co. had increased my rate by 20+ dollars per quarter to a high of $139.99. I got a hold of Richard who is one of the representative for Mountain High. What a nice representative. He worked through the entire mess a got me set up for starting several months before i thought he could. So I was able to stop my previous provider and change to Mountain High and save over $90.00 per quarter. He was friendly but honest when he said he would do his best to help me. He did I would highly recommend Mountain High and when you call in to set up ask for Richard. He is the person that will get it done. I rate him a 5 on a 1-5 with 5 being the highest.

Every time I have spoken to anyone at this company for the last several years they have always been helpful, listened to my issues and have always come through with a solution that says they do care about their customers. We missed our trash day last week, when we were in that terrible freeze, and I called to see how much it was for a few additional bags and I spoke to Shirley and explained what happened. She was absolutely understanding and empathetic and told me that she would make sure the extra bags were picked up and I wouldn’t be charged for them.

Hello. I just had to call this company because they put bins in front of my house. I did not order them. When I spoke with the representative, I was told that "somebody spoke to a sales representative, I don't know who." I did in fact speak with a sales rep, but I explicitly told them that I was happy with my service and would not be switching. Lo and behold, I got the bins anyway. So, without my consent or agreement, an account was created and bins were delivered and blocked half of my driveway. The representative I spoke with today (8/6/2024) has assured me that the bins will be collected on Monday 8/12/2024, and was assured that I would not be charged for the bins or their removal, so there's that, at least. However, this is not the best way to drum up business. Please do better.
