Dana was very helpful through the process. She answered all questions quickly and helped us along the way. She prepared us for the next steps and communicated well. She always made time for us. The rest of the team was also helpful and we love our new house!

The serene mountain surroundings and views have been worth the wait. Dana, the community liaison, gets an A+ for professionalism, enthusiasm, and effort towards the purchase of our home.
The only downside was the finance/mortgage company--I would rate that process a C.
Otherwise, we already had to report a minor problem, and the builders immediately sent someone out to fix it--terrific response!

We purchased our first home in this community through the small building company, Lafferty Communities. The process took about 7 months to complete from foundation to move in. During this waiting period, I googled all of the horror stories pertaining to new build homes and regretful home buyers. We, fortunately, are not in this category. Every morning we wake up to the most amazing views. It is quiet, and secluded, but yet close enough to good eats and shopping to satisfy the foodie in me. I was afraid we would have buyers remorse after closing on this home, but every day since moving in we have been so grateful for this location and community. If you enjoy the quiet, seeing the stars at night, and having close access to great hiking trails, this may be the spot for you and your family.

Lastly, working with the builder and agent was basically flawless as far as these sort of processes go. In particular, Dana the community sales rep was very responsive. After close we had a few minor repairs needed and they were completed in a speedy, professional manner. Overall, an amazing first buying experience. I would highly recommend this community and builder.

Our family is thrilled to have purchased a home in this community. Mountain Gate is nestled in the foothills with incredible views of the nearby mountains and of the valley below. Each lot has ample yard space, and we love the flow of our home’s floor plan. Dana, Lafferty’s sales representative, was exceptional to work with. She is professional, friendly, and responsive. As first time buyers, we appreciated Dana patiently walking us through the building process and providing us with updates as we neared closing. We are grateful to the entire Lafferty team for building our dream home!
