Anything I can write will be short of what this business deserves. We called, they came out, sent us the estimate, and we hired them. The owner was very polite and respectful, as was the techs that came to our home. They never once stood idle. Customer service is terrible these days, but I can honestly say, "I was amazed with these guys, and very thankful for the service we received." So a big THANK YOU to Max and the techs he sent, that replaced our entire ductwork! We are 100% pleased! Job well done! 🙂

I was a first-time customer of Morrison yesterday and can’t recommend them enough. I called them for a suspected gas leak and they came, confirmed the leak, and repaired it within a few hours. Can’t beat that!

Great experience with Morrison. The evaporator coils on top of the furnace froze up, keeping it from cooling. They were able to come by the next day. The tech, Eric was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did tests, service a low freon charge and was complete in under 2 hours. Now my AC is running so much better, and so much less often.

Recently I needed to have the boiler system in my house replaced. Since heating pipes are in the floor, it was no easy task. The team from Morrison’s Heating helped me develop a plan to save a portion of the floor heat, while installing new baseboards to heat the rooms where the floor pipes needed to be abandoned.
The workmanship in installing the new boiler and running the new pipes is top notch! In addition, they were professional, collaborative, and very clean. Thank you, Morrison’s, for helping me stay warm this winter!

Our AC stopped working last night right after the power went out with the thunderstorm, so I looked through online reviews and decided to try Morrison since they were local to Marietta and had been working in the community for many years. I had left a message late on June 17th with the night dispatch who informed me that their on call team was already working on a number of other AC's that had been taken offline during the storm and that I would get a call early the next morning. I heard back from Reagan before 8 AM on June 18th saying that they would try to work us into their schedule which was already well loaded. At 3 PM that same day, Reagan let me know that Kenny would be at my house in 15 minutes to see if he could get us cool again. Kenny diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor which he was able to replace within another 15 minutes. Before 4 PM that day, our air conditioning was running cold again.

Reagan, Kenny, and the Morrison team did a great job for this new customer and I will certainly recommend them to others and use them in the future for any air conditioning or furnace needs.

Ac broke night before called to in the am and they were able to get a tech out. He was very knowledgeable and resourceful. I feel went out of his way to make things happen as we needed a part but it wasn't in stock. He worked with someone else to go get the part while he did other things and got it running. Thank you so much..
