Amazing experience with Morgan Building Designs. I wanted to remove a wall in my home, and wanted a professional opinion. They came out within a few days of me calling, and were very thorough! Not only did they answer my question about the wall but they were happy to answer some other questions I had about different parts of my home. They also pointed out some movement happening in my basement and gave me some advice, which was a blessing because I already had someone coming out to look at it the next week. And if that wasn’t enough their pricing for a consultation is very reasonable! 100% worth it! I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely be using them in the future for anything that comes up.

I wanted someone reputable and honest to come look at my property and let me know what was going on prior to hiring a contractor. I knew that I would find that in Morgan building designs. I also wanted to make sure that my home was safe and structurally sound. They were professional and did a thorough job and let me know everything that I needed to address. They offered sound advice and suggestions and I would definitely suggest them to anyone needing someone to look at a building, home or someone thinking about building a new home, office or add on. I cannot speak highly enough of Morgan Building Designs. Their professionalism and expertise has proven to be just what I needed! I was alerted by a potential buyer of my home that he "detected'' possible problems when looking at the house. I immediately contacted a recommended contractor, who in turn recommended a couple of engineers that might be able to help me assess the true status of the home. I first called Eric and Alicia, who responded to my call within what seemed minutes and were at the house within a couple of days. They made not one, but two trips to the house to ensure their assessment was complete. My husband and I are so confident, and happy with their findings. We can now move forward with confidence!
