Every 5 Star review is a questionable. .

Monte Stott accepted an engineering assignment from our contractor .
(paid 3/21). It took him one year to get a plan. City asked for soil report so we are going on two years!!! Our house has more cracks everyday!.interest rates other costs rising!

I'd have to agree with the other negative review. Knowledgeable but after an initial consultation, was impossible to reach, even to decline the project, making the initial investment a total loss. Avoid.
