Moncada Constuction is one of the best I will never use another company. Chris is super reliable, friendly, and does awesome work. We couldn't even tell that there was any work ever done. We were reluctant at first because we have lathe and plaster. Common Chris is probably forty years old. Who knows how to work on that stuff and make it look natural at his age. Well Chris does what a pro. I highly recommend Moncada Construction to anyone who needs professional drywall and or painting done.

Very unhappy with the services. I recently bought a house in Tucson while still living in NYC. I decided to change the pipes in the house and needed a dry wall guy as well as a painter. Chris was recommended to me by someone in real estate industry and we agreed for him to start working on he house while my father was there. His crew took a very long time around the house, they didn’t finish the job in certain places, on many of the edges there is old paint showing, it was never covered up properly, they never put back the power outlet caps and light switch caps, even more, they are no where to be found in the house and the closet doors are unhinged, resting against the walls. We weren’t in AZ when they said the job was finished. Now that we finally got here and realized all of the above, we are texting and calling Chris, my real estate agent is doing the same and he is nowhere to be found. Very unhappy. I trusted him to do the job correctly and that’s why I paid the second half when they said they were done. I should have waited until this weekend to discuss the payment.
