The team at Modern Renovation did an amazing job on our remodel.

We had the following work completed.
-Main Bathroom remodel
-Secondary Bathroom remodel
-Full Kitchen remodel
-Bar area
-Full electrical upgrade; including panel location
-New piping
-New drainage for under the house

The team was really fast. The whole project was completed in around a month. They even went above and beyond to make the house livable after two weeks of work. (So the bathroom was completed in that time frame along with the electrical and plumbing. I also really appreciated the communication. While the work was being done we left town so there would be space for the crew to work. Almost every time I called, Elias answered the phone very quickly. Even if he was in the middle of drilling or hammering!

We plan to use Modern Renovations on future small projects.

Modern Renovations did a great job in transforming our 70 year old bathroom into a beautiful space more accessible to a wheel chair. Mario and Elias were excellent to work with and very attentive to our special needs. They listened to us, reviewed our 2 pages of wants and provided a detailed Scope of Work that covered everything and specified what they would be doing. Easy to work with and flexible to our work schedules. It was a complete gut job with significant termite damage repair. The finished bathroom is gorgeous. We highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

We had some complexities and surprises come along, as is usually the case, and they were very agreeable and reasonable The final product is terrific.
