If I could give no stars I would. 1. Had to postpone closing as major issues on property incl at pre-close walk through yard had building debris dumped & hidden under soil, driveway cracked, window not to code, fireplace dented and so much more. We also had to manage their project manager by creating a document & following up to make sure these were resolved. Team also tried to dismiss items like painting not completed properly, nails sticking out inside drawers, critical items raised by our building inspector. 2. After closing, still major work had to be completed and then redone again as still not correct (One bedroom had to have 3 attempts to be painted correctly). 3. Over 110 issues we have had to report on app that need to be fixed - crazy things like light switches being painted over, door handles scratched and not replaced but painted to hide scratches, faucets not lining up next to each other, vents for heating/cooling not flush, mirrors in bathrooms not correct glass for wet areas so already discoloring. 4. Today, window leaking inside the house and ceiling has had to be cut open. All of the issues have been due to a lack of quality control and no proper oversight of this by project managers. FYI we moved in 2 months ago. This is a brand new house. Lastly, MN owners or leadership team have never contacted us to discuss the huge amount of issues during pre-sale or now.

We are fortunate to have a high-quality builder. we purchased a new home, it required a dozen repairs within the first six months, the responsive maintenance team has provided us with excellent service, earning a perfect score of 💯. The MN Builder team impressively spends two or three hours thoroughly inspecting the house before conducting any repairs. They are so meticulous that they even address minor scratches for us. When I expressed my dislike for the spray paint smell, they promptly replaced it with a specially crafted manual repair paint. Despite the challenging housing market, these builders continue to thrive due to their hard work and attention to detail.

Great experience with our purchase of the house!
Their house is having a great quality, no nailing pops after a year for us!
Especially enjoyed working with Zach for the warranty, they just never turned us down and fixed even more than we noticed!
Definitely recommend MN to home buyers!

Western Pacific Building Materials and MN Custom Homes have developed a wonderful partnership over the last five years. They have an outstanding team of procurement agents and project managers that we work with from start to finish on every project. Their exceptional organization and communication processes ensure we get them the quality doors, millwork, and window products that they need, at the time they need them.

MN Custom Homes builds beautiful and luxurious homes in the Bellevue and Kirkland area. They design each house carefully to fit the lot size and the character in the neighborhood. The layout and the function of the spaces are sophisticated married to each other to provide a luxurious and spacious feeling yet all the spaces in the house are well-designed to have high efficiency and usability.

MN Builders put 2 homes recently in Lake Hills neighborhood. The one being built next to our home is 3 stories high. It towers over the 3 surrounding homes. And from what I understand from our dear neighbors who sold it MN unfaithful to them. Didnt look out for neighborhood or honor what they promised. The house had brand new windows and a usable shed. All where just tore down. MN does not care one bit about neighborhood. A three story 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom room next to our modest Lake Hills homes. Please spread the word do not sell to builders who want put in these type of homes. Never once did MN come to us about our total loss of privacy. We had to go to them. They make promises but can't trust them. Do we really want our Lake Hills, Robinswood and Eastgate areas to become big homes just for the wealthy? The other home near us sold for 3.8 million. This is a middle class area. Use your voice to speak up. It would one thing if they put in tasteful homes to fit the neighbor. And repect home owners like us who have been here 35 years.

Signed Sad in Lake Hills

PS: Shame on the city of Bellevue for letting these huge homes be built in middle class neighborhoods. Don't let Bellevue just become affordable to the wealthy.

MN custom Homes shared blueprint and designs of our under construction house with us, and then we found out they did not follow their own designs. They had water plumbing shown for a pot filler, whereas they did not plumb for it. Don’t know what to call this? malpractice maybe? Lol! Further on closing day, they had a long list of incomplete items (not small stuff) like huge gaps between doors, broken and off the rails garage doors with none opening amongst many many more. To top it all, Comcast could not even pull internet wires to the house since their construction folks had crushed their pipes. Three days after closing and we have no internet to the house. I shudder to think what more we will be discovering now. It has been so much time and effort spent on simple things that should have been completed and a no brainer. They have have broken my trust and left me unimpressed with their quality of sloppy work for an almost 3M home. I would not be recommending them to my friends.

Update post one year : No one conducted the Warranty walkthroughs at 11 months after closing. Our kitchen grout has not been fixed and neither has our range issue been fixed.

This builder is planning to scrape and clear cut a gorgeous lot on Yarrow Point with old trees for absolutely no reason. They want to build a spec house. Will forever change our neighborhood. This builder seems to have no respect for what’s right and only interested in maximizing his profits. By writing this I hope they will hurry to do the right thing and change their plans to save the 7 huge trees, the tree canopy and preserve our community. I’ll just add that this builder purchased this lot for a steal. Property was never marketed to the public and the owners would have made a lot more money selling to a family who wanted the home, appreciated the trees rather than a developer who obviously doesn’t care at all.
