We would highly recommend Miller Marriott to build your dream home! We have a small challenging lot on the lake, and Jim and Chris did an amazing job bringing our visions to life. From working through the challenges with the County and Parks & Planning, they never gave up on our project. Their expeditor is awesome and kept us updated and informed every step of the way. Having an in house design team was a life saver and and took so much stress out of the selection process and made it fun! Their subs are the highest quality and professional. We LOVE our house and LOVE the team at Miller Marriott!

Miller Marriott made our building experience stress free. Shari and I found a location we wanted and then had to find a builder. Not knowing anyone in the business, since it had been 20 years that we last build a home, we did our research and came up with nothing but high marks for Miller Marriott. Chris set up our first meeting, on very short notice by me, to introduce his staff and lay out the building process. Everyone came across as very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. After that meeting we were very comfortable with Miller Marriott as our builder. Our relationship was certainly built on trust as we designed our home "on a napkin" and sent it to Jim to do his magic. Details were finalized with phone calls, computer, and emails as we were out of state at the time. The entire process from then on, laid out by Lisa, went smoothly and as planned and we couldn't be happier with quality and attention to detail put into our new home. We would highly recommend Miller Marriott for home construction.

We chose Miller Marriott to build our dream home in Mequon. They are a custom home builder and we fell in love with their unique homes. Plus we loved that they have a whole team from architect to interior designers that work with you through the whole process. They pay such attention to detail and they love what they do. Their subs are amazing too. By the end they were more than just our home builders and they had become our friends. And even today, we can reach out to anyone who worked on our house and they will answer our questions and stop by to see how things are. We absolutely love our new home. If you want to build a custom home, there's no one better.

We built with Miller Marriott last year and moved in at the end of September. We never owned a home let alone built a home before. We heard all the horror stories about how difficult and stressful building is. But I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Miller Marriott. They helped guide us the whole way. We went over several plans and discussed pros and cons. They helped us envision what it would be like to live in the homes we were considering. They helped us get in touch a trusted banker. The women they referred us to was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and worked with the builder seamlessly. What drew us to MM was their style and craftsmanship. Having access to their design team made making our selections a breeze. The millwork and attention to detail throughout our house is flawless. Throughout the build we had a deadline and they got us in by our deadline! Since taking occupancy they have been accessible and helpful with taking care of lunch list items or questions in general. I could go on and on. I’d highly recommend building with Miller Marriott!!

Throughout our 19 years of living in the Lake Country area, my husband and I would walk, bike, or drive through neighborhoods simply because we loved looking at the architecture of homes. At the time, We had never heard of the company Miller Marriott. Once we did learn of them, we quickly came to realize that all the homes we had placed on our “ love it” list were designed and built by them. Hence, when we reached a point of wanting to build our own home, it felt right/ natural to choose Miller Marriott. That feeling of confidence did not end there. Once we met the entire staff, learned about their design and building processes, and saw their true desire to build the perfect home, we knew we were in the correct hands. From start to finish, there was never a moment of doubt, frustration, or disappointment. There were many many moments of excitement, joy, and appreciation. There was a well defined calendar that outlined when and what was going to happen. Hence, it was always quite clear what we expected of them and they expected of us. And if we needed a gentle reminder about our deadlines, Sara the selection coordinator, would send a kind email, text, or phone call. There was additional guidance provided by the wonderful wonderful subcontractors they chose. In the end, we received a beautiful home that we love more and more each and everyday. We are beyond grateful for all the hard work that each and everyone at Miller Marriott poured into our home. The finished product could not be more beautiful. We marvel at all the details in our home and all the memories created along the way to get us those details. Thank you! Thank you Miller Marriott. Our home and our relationships made along the way will be cherished forever. We would recommend you to everyone!!!
