Rabaino Roofing did our original re-roof in 2013. Mike did not laugh at me wanting to put a tile roof on our 1940's country cottage. He suggested a light weight product that would work with the lighter framing of the house. He cautioned us about maintenance, birds, squirrels etc. Once the stucco was applied, it all came together, and I love it, though it is high maintenance. Fast forward 11 years and we had trouble with roof rats and some cracked tiles. We called Rabaino. They remembered us and were extremely responsive, gave me a very reasonable bid to pull the valleys and the peaks and reset using a different style of flashing. Mike even fixed the worst area in one of the valleys when he came out to do the bid, since we still have a pallet of our tiles on hand. Rabaino Roofing is great, I would highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

Mike and his team were very responsive, easy to work with and thorough. We had a roof leak, Mike responded immediately and came out to assess our roof within a few days (much faster than any other company I called.) They provided an immediate temporary fix once they diagnosed issue, and made a rapid permanent repair quickly despite me taking a month to approve the quote. They are very reasonably priced and we will use them in the next year or so when we need to replace the full roof.

We just had Mike Rabaino roofing out to do a full roof replacement. We have 2 different roof types and a lot of dry rot. Their removal team was fast and courteous. They left the property very clean. The roofing was done quickly in between rain storms. GREAT communication with their office staff on scheduling and during the job!

I have nothing but good things to say about Mike Rabaino roofing. From the original estimate, to the final inspection everyone I was in contact with was courteous, hard working and professional. Office staff was on top of their emails answering all my questions, crew was very skilled (even rebuilding my chimney surround for me) , did a great job and left property clean. You know you hired the right crew when the city inspector said this company does excellent work. I would highly recommend them.
