Mike and his team are very compassionate about building and giving back to the community. I highly recommend Mike Howe Builders for your next project. I love being able to call and having someone get back to me right away. Communication isn’t everyone’s strong point and neither is really caring about the final result of your project. Mike, fortunately, has both!

We did a full exterior upgrade in 2020 (roof, windows, siding) as well as a patio addition and an egress window. We were prepared to spend quite a bit of money and we were looking for a builder to work with and provide some direction. We struggled through some empty promises and cheesy napkin sketches until Mike Howe came to discuss our project in detail. Mike took the time to listen to our wants and provide recommendations that made sense. After his visit my wife and I quickly decided we were comfortable with Mike Howe and decided to move forward with them. We were quickly assigned a project manager who stayed in close contact with us from beginning to end. I still shoot him an email with questions from time to time and I always get a quick response. All of the workers we had at the house were very respectful and left the house very neat at the end of the day. Quality of workmanship is evident in both the materials they recommended we use as well as the installation. At the end of it all, I would say we received a bargain for the work that was completed. I will use Mike Howe in the future and recommend them to everyone!

They Installed a 30 year roof 11 years ago. Leaks worse then the previous. And in more places. Didn’t flash Places where the New roof meets the old siding.
Wouldn’t Have recommend to anyone if I knew what the final product was going to be.
