My experience with him - EXEMPLARY in every way from the first phone call and beyond the closing. We need a Mike in every state!

He was recommended by the owner of the company that did our estate sale (ask Mike if you're needing this service). His coordination with the estate sale had over 2000 people come through while Mike's elegant "For Sale" sign was on the lawn and the estate team cleared the house so Mike could get his incredible stager in right away. Mike recommended AND HANDLED some repairs that were easily taken care of through the closing, and he did A TON of highly targeted pre-listing promotion with other leading realtors and the public. The first open house on the first weekend was so successful, we were able to look at offers on day 4 and accept an over-listing offer on day 6 from the perfect family. Not every deal will look like this, but this is the first time in almost 30 years of buying and selling residential and commercial property that I've had THIS phenomenal of an experience from start to finish. Mike and his team have my lifelong respect and gratitude. I am BEYOND GRATEFUL we found him. IMHO, You're making a BIG mistake if you choose anyone else

Mike did an amazing job guiding us through the home selling process. He made great suggestions for how to maximize our value without putting "too much" extra money into the home. He even had great people that he referred to us for a few jobs (house cleaning, painting etc). Mike gave us instruction and guidance from beginning to end of the process as it was our first time selling a home. He is an excellent communicator and more than anything knows how to "close the deal" which can be trickier than it looks sometimes in real estate.
