They just took over the property i live in and they are already giving a bad first impression! The maintenance man told me that they will charge us $125 to unclog the toilet or fix the garbage disposal…..what do i pay rent for? Anybody know the corporate number because the office doesn’t answer the phone or email back?

Unresponsive when they're required to do job for unsatisfied tenant. Was told “what goes around comes around” for stating my grievances respectfully. Do research before you sign.

PLEASE save yourself the headache of dealing with a non responsive, unprofessional, leasing office like this. NUMEROUS times I’ve called and left voicemails for them not be returned or acknowledged. They are rude and snappy when they do return your call. I promise you can call throughout the day and not a single call would be answered (really, test it out). They are a big reason why I did not renew, I loved my residence but if I had to deal with them for another year I’d rather move. Your best chance of getting any issue resolved is through the maintenance guy, Steven, who I can honestly say ensures your questions get answered in a timely fashion. If you have absolutely no choice but to go with this company (I strongly advise otherwise) be sure to get Steven’s number since he’ll more than likely be the only way you speak with someone from the office.

I got really big help from the management, we were literally staying in the street if midtown wouldn’t help us. Mr. Parker is a hero, despite our situation and busy season they help us to get a home. Thank you so much guys, I would give you more 5 stars, but that’s the max score here.

They took my 50$ for application fee and never called back. I called and left messages but still no call back. Basically ripped me off. Very unprofessional. I've dealt with other before and after. Midtown meridian by far the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with.

I have leased from Midtown Meridian for a number of years now. They are always polite and professional in their dealings with customers. They have rentals throughout Tallahassee with a wide variety of price ranges. Go see them if you need a place to rent.

We called many times and put in several inquiries about a property that they managed on their website, but didn't get any response until a week later and then only an unprofessionall email.
