I’ve been going to Oak Point Chiropractic for about 20 years, because I needed to, to keep my upper back and neck from hurting, and to regain mobility.
I strongly recommend Dr. Mike and Dr. Steve Simmons.
And Randy, the massage therapist
Is extremely knowledgeable and focuses on different areas, every visit. The last visit he loosened a tight muscle near the bottom of my rib cage, that gave me instant relief. I had come to believe that I would always have that painful tight muscle.
Massage gives health, and so much more. It is a moment to forget what ever is stressing you out and relax for an hour. It’s kind of like a restart for the brain.
