We contacted MG Valley to build our outdoor kitchen area. Basically building in our Traeger into a countertop and adding a space for a mini fridge. Our conversation on the phone was that he understood what he was being contracted to do and even made time that same day to come out and quote us and see what we envisioned. We got a few more quotes but we liked what he had to say the most and he seemed very confident in his abilities. We even prefaced that we are perfectionist and will be knit-picky about the way it looks through every stage, he said he understood and that he is a professional and would expect the same. What was suppose to take a week ended up taking a month because he did not tell us that he would be working alone and he didn’t have anyone else working with him. The entry to our backyard is through our dog run and having a rott and German shepherd who are outside we needed him to be punctual so we could have the dogs situated. He said that everyday he’d show up at 7:30am (excluding a few days he told us about prior) but never showed up at that time until we had told him we’d need to discuss hiring another contractor to replace him because of his lack of punctuality. The following day he showed up at 7:30am but never again. Not to mention he spent a lot of time on his phones quite a lot of time. Anytime we questioned him on decisions or why something looked the way it did he’d reassure us that it would look fine after it was done. These concerns were not fixed upon finalization and we are very unhappy with the result. The last day he was here he chipped the corner of the backsplash trying to scrape the dried grout off that he neglected to do when he first did the backsplash. Then he just left. Without another word, the last thing I said to him was “once you have the grout cleaned off the tile I’ll come back and check it and you can go.” But he just went anyways. We are very unhappy with the result and how much we spent on it. I’m sure his concrete work is stellar, per the other reviews but do not contract this man to do any construction or additions to your home.

I contracted MG VALLEY to extend my drive way as well as cement a large portion of my backyard. I was extremely satisfied and very happy with the results. Jose and his team are very hard workers and finished the job fast. I was extremely happy and will hire them again. My mother also has had numerous work done by Jose MG VALLEY within her home. She had a fence put up ceiling fixed due to weather and more work. I highly recommend them.

Fine Craftsmanship!!! MG Valley construction poured an aggregate walkway in my front yard and curbing between the lawn and planter areas in my front and backyard. Their electrician installed landscape lighting in the front yard and it looks beautiful at night. I would recommend this business to anyone as you can rely on their dependability and professionalism.

Wonderful work. On time and went above and beyond what I expected.
My driveway is lovely and they even did a special area for my mailbox and Little Free Library.

We converted a portion of our garage into a bedroom space for a new office and Jose and the crew at MH Valley Construction did a great job! He understood exactly what I envisioned for the layout and flow of the room. Whenever I wanted to change the plan, Jose was very accommodating and kept the price extremely reasonable. We are so happy with our new room and I'm especially happy with the quality of work, great job!
