I've known and have been working with Metro since 2014. Initially asked them to help with a little project that was probably an insult to them but they did it with enthusiasm. Then they did a major remodel which turned out to be spectacular and included opening up 4 different rooms into a wide open kitchen and dining room that included a granite countertop island that needed it's own zip code. We worked continuously with them and became friends even sharing some holidays. Then November 9th, 2018 happened and we lost everything in the Woolsey Fire. We asked Erez to build us a house from the ground up. Work started right when covid hit. I'm not making this up. They were right there through everything from planning, budget discussions, and execution of an amazing custom home. They maintained the highest level of professionalism and quality throught out. I'll post photos because as you can imagine, a picture is worth now a million words.

I am impressed with Metro Builders, the overall experience and professionalism! I am a Canadian/American who ownes property in Los Angeles and I worked with Erez and Metro Builders on several different investment properties.
