I worked with Doron, Pinot, and Tal on a full kitchen remodel in Redwood City. It was a large and ambitious project which involved knocking down a wall and a full layout change. We were extremely pleased with the result. They worked with us on a detailed plan to ensure that everything was to our liking. Their designer went above and beyond to make sure our wants were addressed. Throughout construction, they were very communicative and finished most milestones ahead of schedule. I had a great experience working with Method remodeling.
It took me a while to find a proper company to remodel my kitchen. From the first meeting with Ron, I knew the job will be done properly, communication was great all the way from the initial estimate to the completion of the job.
Ron helped me to find the right materials for the right price, and helped with the entire design and permit process.

The work itself was a great, workers were in every day from 9am to 6pm and a project that was estimated to take two and a half months was done in less than two months.

Initially, we had some challenges getting the permit approved, but Ron was on top of everything, and was able to get the city to approve the plans quickly.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Method Remodeling on a complete guest bathroom creation, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was a breeze, thanks to the seamless communication and professionalism of the entire team. We were able to complete our project in about a month’s time and stayed within scope/budget for the entire project.

Doron, the owner of Method Remodeling, was our main project manager/general contractor. From the get go, Doron was honest and upfront about pricing and realistic about the suggestions of our project. We interviewed probably about 20-30 companies and Doron was one of the few that gave us a quote immediately and even came back a couple times with his team to evaluate our project more closely. The communication throughout the project was outstanding, and we always felt informed about the progress. Their team was not only skilled and efficient but also remarkably friendly, creating a positive and stress-free atmosphere during the entire remodel. I also appreciated that Doron has a tech background so he uses a software platform where his clients can easily track the status of the project. I could easily see the gantt chart of all the necessary tasks and dependencies. In addition, I know he also has daily standups with his team so he is always informed about the progression of the projects.

We ended up having a surprise obstacle on our bathroom creation and we were not able to proceed with the original layout we wanted. Thanks to Doron and team for their creative solutions, we were able to work around the obstacle and still deliver a beautiful bathroom! Despite this new surprise, we did not have to change our scope or increase the budget. Doron also offered valuable suggestions on products and materials and suggestions on local suppliers. I actually ended up finding my own local store to source our bathroom tiles and Doron even met up with us to see the tiles and helped us choose grout colors.

What set this experience apart was the fact that we didn't have to micromanage the project. Doron and his team took care of every aspect, allowing us to focus on our daily lives without unnecessary stress. If I had any issues or concerns, I would text Doron and he would respond immediately that it would get taken cared of. He would also patiently explain or clarify things if I didn’t understand or if I just wanted to learn more. Doron would visit our home every week to ensure that everything was progressing smoothly and to address any questions or concerns we had.

We’re really happy with the project and our experience with Method Remodeling was nothing short of fantastic. They turned what could have been a stressful endeavor into a seamless and enjoyable process. We now have a stunning, modern bathroom that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. I hired Method Remodeling to work on my home remodel in a condo building for a few reasons. First, they're a full service contractor. They will help you with all steps of the remodeling process, including design and architectural drawings for permit submission and pulling permits (or a subset of these services if you're handling some parts yourself). Second, they use software tools that allow you to check the progress of the work, get daily updates with photos, and track the completion schedule. This is extremely valuable to me and provides peace of mind. Third, Doron (the owner) stands behind his work and guaranteed repairs for several years after work completion.
I had weekly meetings with Doron to discuss my satisfaction with the project progress, to discuss any issues and feedback, and to discuss upcoming work and timelines. Pinot was my project manager, the person I communicated with the most, and who was providing me with daily updates. Pinot is diligent and consistently went above and beyond to make sure all the work was completed correctly.
As with any project things will sometimes need to be addressed or fixed. I found the team very responsive to my concerns and to feedback from the HOA about site issues.
Overall, I would definitely consider working with Method Remodeling on any future remodeling projects and would recommend Doron and team to friends and family.
