We had an excellent experience with Sean and his company. We needed to replace our deck and railing. He gave us an estimate that included all work and matierals and by the end of the project,d we were within hundreds of dollars of the original estimate. He had told us if there were any issues revealed during the disassembly of the old deck he'd make repairs and corrections. He found a nubmer of problems with the substructure that required replacing several joists and two long beams. He reinforced the exisiting deck, shimmed and leveled it properly and when all done, was still very close to the the original estimate. He gave us plenty of time to arrange our schedule with his and if he had any changes, he was very good to let us know days ahead. His workmanship is excellent and he and his crew cleaned up every nail, scrap or debris.
